Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

International: Delivery times vary by location

Handmade & Custom Orders

Many of our items are handmade specially for you. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or special promotions.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Jakelynns LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
