Jakelynns Exchange-Only Return Policy
At Jakelynns, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade bandanas for your pets. To keep our process simple and efficient, we offer an exchange-only policy. Please review the details below:
Exchange Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Please note: Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
Timeframe
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange

Exchange Process
Once your exchange is approved, return the item to us. After we receive and inspect it, we will process an exchange for an item of equal value, based on available stock.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom, personalized, and sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
